Booking Process & Policies
• Once your booking request is approved, Stanley will follow up via email with a 50% non-refundable deposit request and a shoot agreement requiring your review and signature.
• The remaining balance is due before or upon arrival at the shoot (Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp).
• Shoots are scheduled on weekends only. With at least a 7 day noticed in advance.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, notify stanley as early as possible. Cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot date forfeit the deposit.
Photo Delivery & Image Rights:
• Proof Gallery: Within 5 business days, you’ll receive a private online proofing gallery with 50-100+ watermarked RAW images.
• Final Retouched Photos: Your selected images will be retouched and delivered within 10-15 business days from the time you submit your final image selections.
RAW Images: Watermarked RAW proofs may not be downloaded, shared, or published. However, unwatermarked RAW images are available for purchase at $25 each or $350 for the full set (ideal for models selling content).
Retouching:
• Included: Exposure/color correction, blemish removal, stray hair cleanup, skin tone balancing, and basic background cleanup.
• Additional retouching (head swaps, body reshaping, tattoo removal, extensive background edits) is available for $75/hour.
• Exclusive Image Rights: If you want full control over the images (so none of the involved brands, artists, or Stanley can publish them), you can purchase exclusive rights for $350.
• Proof Gallery Access: Galleries remain online for only 15 days. After that, they can be restored for a $50 reactivation fee.
